Detail Engineering

A Detailed Design and Engineering is a development of all required construction documents and drawings up to GFC (Good for Construction) stage for the construction, and detailed bill of materials (BOM) for the bulk material procurement based on the basic or front end engineering design package. The Detailed Design and Engineering is limited to verifying design basis but producing all construction drawings and reports after incorporating vendor information as per site and design requirements.

  • Study of tender documents and technical specifications adopted for the project.

    • Compliance with provisions of tender documents and technical specifications.
    • Compliance with provisions of country specific design standards such as IRC and MoRTH.
    • Conformity between design calculations and drawings.

V (value) = F (function) / C (cost) VE uses a combination of creative and analytical techniques to identify alternative ways to achieve objectives. The use of Function Analysis differentiates VE from other problem solving approaches. VE never compromises on basic function but reduces the cost or increases the function at same cost. “Basic Functions” mean the functions that users require for products or services.
